BUYER REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT *
REVIEW- BUYER REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT
Buyer has reviewed and does agree to the terms of the agreement, this document and the terms therein do contain the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. Buyer acknowledges that this agreement may not be modified or amended except in writing, signed and agreed to by the parties hereto.
Buyer Broker Agreement & Agency Disclosure form. See section 5 of the REPC (i.e., Confirmation of Agency Disclosure) .
Utah law requires that when a Broker/Agent represents either a seller or a buyer, they must have an agency representation agreement in writing with that client.
Identifying the Broker/Agent in Section 5 of the REPC does not fulfill this requirement. The buyer needs to read and sign the Buyer Broker Agreement & Agency Disclosure. This not only protects the Broker/Agent, but also the buyer. |
