I picked up the funding yesterday afternoon. I was told by our escrow off. that exchange of funds makes it official. No realtor was involved. This couple found our house and made their first offer the first week of August. A quick note: ...What you offer is far more practical. In addition, to repesent the seller for 1/2 - 1% more should, by itself, bring in clients. I'm sure you know what a great deal that is.
