We offer a choice of MLS systems in Utah. We maintain MLS memberships on the:

  • Wasatch Front Regional MLS for Central & Northern Utah Properties,
  • Park City MLS for Summit County & Northern Mountain Properties and the
  • Washington County MLS for Southern Utah Properties.

All listings can be forwarded to Realtor.com and the IDX data feed for multiple national website exposure

Utah Division of Real Estate mandates the following miniumum services must be offered by a Utah Listing Broker with any property listed. -
